The Braai House is a Zambian-owned hospitality and fabrication company specializing in barbecue dining, professional catering, and custom mobile hospitality solutions.
Established in 2016, we have grown from a mobile catering business into a diversified enterprise offering restaurant services, event catering, mobile bar solutions, food trailers, smokers, grills, and custom-built mobile kitchens.
Our restaurant delivers authentic barbecue experiences inspired by Southern American smoking traditions and African hospitality, while our catering division serves corporate events, weddings, private celebrations, festivals, and outdoor functions across Zambia.
Through our fabrication division, we design and build high-quality food trailers, mobile bars, commercial smokers, braai stands, and hospitality equipment for entrepreneurs and businesses looking to establish or expand their operations.
