We sell digital placements, directory listings, event listings and advertising space. This policy explains when a refund is available.
Before your placement goes live
If you cancel before the listing or advertisement has been published, you receive a full refund. Contact us and we will process it.
After publication
- Directory and event listings are not refundable once published, because the service has been delivered.
- Advertising placements are billed monthly. If we fail to display your advertisement for the period paid for, we refund or extend the placement pro rata, at your choice.
Errors in a listing
If we publish your listing with an error on our side, tell us and we will correct it at no charge. A correction is not a ground for a refund unless the error made the placement useless for its purpose.
Placements we decline
If we decline or withdraw a placement under our terms, any amount paid for the unused period is refunded in full.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your order reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within five working days. Refunds are returned by the method used for payment.
